Solios Environment is a supplier of emission control systems for thermal processes.
Supply includes the All-Dry and Enhanced All-Dry scrubbing systems that have proven track records for control of particulate and acid gas emissions from industrial coal-fired boilers and other combustion sources. The Solios Enhanced All-Dry scrubbing system achieves exceptional SO2 performance with hydrated lime reagent that is conditioned in Solios' proprietary equipment.
Solios also manufactures fabric filter baghouses for control of particulate emissions. The Sonair is a high-pressure pulse-jet filter that is known for its conservative bag-to-wall spacing, laser-cut 1/4" tube sheets, low-velocity inlet ducts and dampers, and an optimized reservoir-valve-blowpipe combination.
Our state-of-the-art TGT Filter is a low-pressure pulse-jet dust collector that features a number of innovations that lower emissions, increase bag life and result in the lowest total cost of ownership. The TGT Filter utilizes Solios' proprietary Integrated Action Piston (IAP) pulse valves that open quickly and close slowly, allowing effective on-line cleaning of long filter bags. The TGT Filter has been widely employed for new projects and for replacement of older baghouses and electrostatic precipitators in the metals and minerals industries. Solios specializes in turnkey installations that include the emission control systems, ID fans, stacks, interconnecting ducting, material handling systems, and electronic controls which are all engineered in-house for new or retrofit installations. In addition, Solios employs experienced and knowledgeable field construction managers to ensure that projects progress on-time and on-budget.
