| Barlow Projects, Inc. (BPI) is an energy services and technology company located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Barlow designs, builds, retrofits and performs capital improvement projects on solid fuel fired energy facilities and specializes in units sized between 50-100,000 PPH of steam. The Barlow Aireal™ technology was originally developed for the combustion of biomass and waste fuels like wood and MSW. This technology proved so effective it has now been adapted to burn run-of-mine coal in a commercial scale project at Southern Illinois University. With this modification and new APC equipment SIU will now comply with pending MACT standards. Facilities using Barlow’s AirealTM Combustion System are now supplying steam to universities, a 3M plant, hospital, refinery, pet food plant and a creamery.
