ADA Environmental Solutions (ADA-ES) develops environmental technologies and specialty chemicals that enable coal-fired power plants and other industrial clients achieve environmental compliance, enhance new and/or existing air pollution control equipment, and increase operating efficiencies.

Additionally, the Company supplies activated carbon sorbents through our joint venture, ADA Carbon Solutions LLC. We are currently completing construction of North America’s largest activated carbon production plant expected to begin initial operation in the spring of 2010 with capacity to produce 150 to 175 million pounds of activated carbon per year.

Our current products include:

• Specialty flue gas conditioning chemicals and delivery systems
• Activated Carbon Injection Systems for mercury control
• SO3 control evaluations and injection systems
• Activated Carbon Testing and full-scale demonstrations

We are also developing dry sorbent based CO2 reduction technologies under an existing DOE development program.
