Our 32nd Annual Meeting will be held at the Williamsburg Lodge, Williamsburg, Virginia.


A block of rooms has been set aside at the special rate of $197.00 superior and $215.00 deluxe. A few rooms have been set aside at the Woodlands Hotel for $72.00. To make reservations call 1-800-261-9530, 8:30-5:30 Monday thru Friday prior to the cut-off date of Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Please use the Booking ID COUJ10A. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. It is to your advantage to make your reservations as soon as possible.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

A two-year restoration now complete, the new Williamsburg Lodge offers leisure and conference guests a generous helping of southern hospitality with impeccable service and a choice of comfortable accommodations in either the all-new, Federal-style guesthouses, the renovated Tazewell Hall, or the restored main Lodge building.

The Lodge presents the ambience of a southern family home - furnishings are inspired by art from the nearby Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum. One of the two original hotels envisioned by John D. Rockefeller, the property has now matured to comprise eight buildings, interconnected by sheltered, brick-paved walkways.

Parking is FREE in the designated parking area across the street from the Williamsburg Lodge or you can valet park at a rate of $5.00 per day or $10.00 per night.
